Evening Skegs. I was one of the very few UK military trained by the Yanks 30 years ago in something called 'discourse analysis'. It involves analysing every word that someone says or writes down and the context/ placement of words within a sentence.
I don't use it much nowadays as I don't need to and can't be bothered! (it's exhausting mentally). However, I would say that looking at your last post, your use of the word 'really' jumps out of the page at me. You could have simply written 'I don't care'. You could have written 'I really don't care'. However, you wrote 'I don't really care'. Your subconscious placement of the word shows that you do actually care to a degree. I think that you care more than you want to show the outside-world.
Anyway, enough of the psycho-babble. Take care of yourself.
