We won, thanks goodness. Sadly don’t think we will get anywhere under Southgate- we should on paper have torn them to shreds last night. Another frustrating game from Foden as well, he never seems to bring his Man City form to the England setup. Onwards to the next one.

Best attacking player in England with Liverpool, then he would go away with England, get given instructions to be defensive and he would get pelters for not being the same player. Of course they are not going to be the same. It will be worse for Foden. He has grown up in the City system playing one style of play all the time. England play nothing like Citeh. So he is not going to be able to play his natural game anyway no matter what.}

Bellingham is a player England have been looking for and unfortunately the manager is Southgate player's like Eze etc should be along side him and Kane should be dropped for Toney or Watkins but of course that won't happen, plus th3 defence is light of quality and has we go further in the competition it will struggle remember we are playing the best in Europe and the coaches will have done their homework mistakes will cost us eventually.

When foden plays for city he has Rodri the complete midfielder to put him through, Rice is very good but he doesn't have the same vision as Rodri.

Some players have an understanding of the runs foden will make, ie Rodri does that but Rice tends to make the easy pass out wide
