Can anyone name a player of the season?
For me I don't think anyone is worthy of that that title this season ?

Osborn has probably played the most games this season and generally puts a shift in, not convinced he's a left back nor do I think it's where he wants to play, but for me he has been the most consistent player in another lack lustre season. Fingers crossed, there are better times ahead.

We were discussing it last night on the way home from the game and really it's difficult to look beyond Osborn as he's played in most games,but he's only had an average season and the new recruits havn't been here long enough ?
I'd like to give it to Chris Cohen and David Vaughan jointly for their services to this great club in their last season.
Some recognition for their services???

The player of the season has to be Osborn as he I believe may have played in every match either starting or a very occasional sub. He is 100 % committed in a Chris Cohen manner. He has adapted to playing at left back without complaint. The most improved player is Cash.

The best person to award it to this season is nobody. Nobody deserves it and if Osborn is the best person to receive the award I’m afraid that really shows how bad we’ve been.

People forget about him so much! For a 19 year old he has played most games either starting or from the bench and in any decent squad a lad his age would be used sparingly but he has had huge responsibility put on his shoulders repeatedly this season as main striker and though he hasn’t always delivered he has grown and never hide. He has also had a few outstanding displays (Arsenal being the obvious one) and I think with some real competition next season (not injured and old Murphy and slow and uninterested Vellios) he can become a top striker by the time he is in his early twenties!
