When I started with my present job 7 years ago we had a good department manager who we all respected and got on with.

he was moved on for career development and since have had 6 managers and morale never been the same.the first manager is coming back next week and everybody is happy and looking forward to his return. Periera for me is our guys equivalent. Glasner looks like he needs a charisma injection, MGW our talisman was on fire and the squad looked one. I just don't get it!!

As I have said, the club is not - in my humble opinion - run well enough to become an established premiership club.
We've spent a lot of money, bought in a lot of players but where is this all going? How are we set up to achieve success longer term?

That was a woeful performance against a poor team, and we look shot of ideas and confidence. Diomande looked off it, and Murillo was a blend of chaos and greatness again.

Here are some points:
- we hired a new CEO (another one) after the window shut. Odd?
- we seemed to bid for about 6 players in the last week of the window. Once again the better ‘mid table clubs' like Brighton got their business done early
- other ‘emerging' clubs like Leeds got solid, quality recruitment done early
- The players have had 5 managers in 12 months (many of them). That will affect you. Would it not affect you at work? Even MGW - who always gives 100% - must be thinking, this is all ridiculous as he gets to know yet another manager and their - in this case - totally different ideas.

- I'm not going to talk overly about individual players but I have seen Delap Iive quite a lot and I dont see a lot of real quality there to be honest, but let's see
- Anderson was irreplaceable in quality I guess, but we had 6 months to prepare for his departure and we look light
- Do you see 60+ goals in that team this year? I dont
- we ended th transfer window in net profit I think, so we may have less money than we hope. If so, one could blame the recruitment of previous periods (which has been ‘mixed' at best)

We've had 3 relegation scraps in 4 years since being promoted and we will have another one this year in my view.

Hopefully it doesn't, but eventually your luck runs out.

KTF - a fair challenge and you may be right. But I've supported this club for 47 years and waited for this Premiership return for half of it. Glasner is a superb manager - hard to say not - but he starts slowly at clubs (See record at Palace) and I wouldn't be surprised if he is gone pre Xmas (look at M's record).

Mr M doesn't do patience based on what we have seen in the last 12 months especially. My complaint is partly that constant drumbeat of instability and party the lack of obvious planning. it catches you up in the end. I dont see that team and squad doing much this season. Bottom 6 or so (again).

Total rubbish, from start to finish we thought we would roll than over. No wins , easy. Well it wasn’t was it, absolute s*** , didn’t even know that noyde or whatever his name is was even playing . Can’t see us getting anything this side of Xmas. Love the club but this is crap .

I'm 56 myself and saw my first game in 1978 standing on a milk grate.

It wasn't great today and it doesn't seem we have a handle on the 3 at the back just yet. Let's see what happens if the players commit to the manager or maybe just maybe Glasner plays 4 at the back.

160 odd years the club have been in existence and in my lifetime apart from the 66/67 season when we were runners up in the league and semi finals of the cup the clough years were the only years we have had good seasons well about 13 years anyway 78-91 and don't forget even mr clough got us relegated.

I've been sat on the steps in the Trent end pre clough with 6/7000
fans in the ground. So those 13 years were fantastic but they will never come again.

10 minutes or so left and this has been an embarrassing display. Coventry not scored at all. until they play us.
Their goal scorer has not scored at all for Coventry and has not scored a goal for months and months. until he plays against us.
Passing has been atrocious.
Williams was awful.


70-odd percent of the possession and we - so far - have done naff all. 13 shots and none on target.
We are royally done in this league if we carry on like this. And now we've. JUST SCORED!!! What lol. Jesus is our saviour. oh wait. VAR.
Atrocious decision. Smallest contact. What a joke VAR is. I'm done.

Rogie, couldn't agree more, at least change it when were chasing the game, still looked the same when he did take a defender off. Good managers are versatile, I've yet to see this in Glasner.

To me Oliie panicked by putting Wood AND Jesus on???
His philosophy went out the window.
Quite a few times we were wide open at the back.
Murrillo snd Gibbs White played out of position,neither were as effective as they can/should be.


If MGW is sitting in behind the striker, then he breaks play up,then wreaks havoc.
He can't do much stuck on the wing with very little space.
Just my humble opinion lads.

Utter garbage. People on here need to start being honest. Zero entertainment value. Glasner needs to see this quickly and put some better players in the team - there are plenty on the bench waiting to come on.

We are lucky to be at 0 - 0. Only players who look dangerous are Delap and Gibbs-White but need better players around them. Coventry must fancy it second half against this poor lineup. Aina and Hudson-Odoi on please.

Any home game can be difficult if you don't score first in the First half. We need to score at least 1 in the first 45 minutes otherwise it's a lift to the opposition. Still bewildered why Callum Hudson-Odoi, arguably our most talented player isn't being picked - he might get a hat full against this opposition? Hopefully Delap will build on last week's impressive performance.

A very difficult, local derby, home game and 8/10 required all round the team. COYR.
