Oh dear, pineapple, my friend, you are clutching at straws. All season they've been crap, and one half decent game was won on penalties. And the poor recruitment team were right. 🤣🤣 May I remind you we are in a relegation battle near the end of the season with the poor recruitment staff that have been sacked.

I'm well aware of where we are in the league, but last night was a decent performance from the team. Hopefully, with the manager showing a bit of faith and backing them, one or two of them might just deliver something and turn a game in our favour.

We could have had five in the first half, shows the measure of difference between them and us. They were a physical bunch of fouling b******.

Up to 61 minutes we had the Danish team on the back foot. All the players played well together. So, looking at it rather perversely, the first team who played the first match and then came on at 61 mins tonight lost 2-0.
The second team who played 61 mins tonight won 2-0.
A lot of the second team have come for a lot of criticism. McAtee, Hutchinson, Bakwa, Yates, Ndoye, Morato all had a great first 61 minutes, going forward all the time. 3 players were subbed and then we went backwards and they scored.

The thing is, a lot of those fringe players haven't had game time recently. They had to be replaced, one or two were flagging, Bakwa, for one, was cramping up.

Remember, these players are a lot of new signings, and they are playing attacking football. Not passing sideways. Mactee, as I have said several times, was bought to replace MGW. As the commentators say, they are playing with freedom. Let's hope VP lets them carry on in this vein. Still, 45 at least to go.
