Just like to do a little summary of our season. Chuffed for Neco's player of the season award, so consistent and determined and I am a big fan. I had him just behind Elliot Anderson and MGW though. I honestly believe Ando is the best all round midfielder in the prem.
Passing under pressure, most interceptions, area covered, always wanting the ball etc. MGW, who is a better attacking mid than him with 18 goals that kept us up. Shameful he is not in the England squad, Tuchel has lost the plot. Sangare, Serbinator, Murillo, Sels all had a very good season and even our other players have raised their games and contribution since the appointment of a certain Vitor Pereira.
Well done Big M for bringing him in when you did, brilliant appointment that keeps us in the prem. I have posted before about VP and I think we are very lucky to have such a top manager like him at Forest. Got everyone to believe in what was required and did it by being positive and attacking sides not just snatching a goal and defending. Best manager for many years. Well done Vitor. U REDS.

Iβve never wished injury on any player before, but in the case of Jordan Henderson and Dan Burn Iβm afraid I do as long as itβs not serious, obviously MGW and Harry Maguire should replace them and if Henderson and Burn had any national pride they should withdraw from the squad simple as.
27 May 2026 09:36:12
Gosh Munmad mate that's a bit desperate. I'll send you a Jordan Henderson voodoo doll with some pins. πππ

I'd pick burn over slab head any day, slab heads reaction to be having been left out, inspite of the fact he couldn't get in man u's side for long periods, tells you all you need to know about him. Compare his reaction to MGW's, who had every reason to be pi##ed off and see the difference. Tuchel has picked a squad who he hopes will play as a team, not as in previous years where all the so called best players have been selected and then forced into an eleven.
It might not work but i think it was Einstein who said that madness was doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

Anderson, please donβt go to Man City and become a Grealish. Chose Utd as long as they pay the asking price.
27 May 2026 09:37:30
If I were Ando I'd wait and see which division Man City are in next season, first mate...

My players in:

My players out:

Don't agree with almost any of that.
27 May 2026 07:57:58
I expect Anderson will go to Manchester United with a player swop plus cash. So one of their forwards? Wissa or Cunha! We may have little choice but should hold out.
27 May 2026 08:57:58
Wises plays for Newcastle, and I wouldn't want him gift wrapped.
27 May 2026 09:29:31
Wissa.
27 May 2026 09:29:41
Wissa.
27 May 2026 16:46:15
Apologies, I meant Muembo.
27 May 2026 16:58:28
Chuffing hell, Nuno, I'm glad you're not in charge of recruitment, mate. We wouldn't know who was coming through the door. πππππ

Pep, is he leaving a sinking ship?
I believe he knows what's coming.
Big points reduction and what will hurt them more, a transfer embargo for two seasons.
Come on, get it done.
26 May 2026 22:06:33
Hopefully a good clear out now and a couple of decent players in early striker everyone knows is a must. But now's the time to get rid of Yates. He's just nowhere near good enough. Thanks for your service and hopefully you will get more game time with someone like Hull uredddssss.
26 May 2026 22:37:28
For once I agree about Yates.
Not a fan of a club captain not playing regular.
I think we have to make MGW captain.
27 May 2026 08:59:26
MGW will be captain. Hill City want Yates. Great club man, but time to let him go.
27 May 2026 09:40:19
I've said this many times, but whilst Yates lacks the technical skills of Sanghere, every team needs a hod carrier. I've never seen Forest get bullied when Ryan's on the pitch.
The enforcer.
27 May 2026 11:35:36
Agreed, mate.
27 May 2026 13:06:06
Yates needs to stay and I think Pereira knows it.
26 May 2026 20:54:57
Pointless guessing on our next season, Big M has his own beliefs. Paul McCartney said the best Beatles song ever from them. Or their comfort blanket, Here Comes the Sun from George Harrison. Enjoy the rays, reds. Bless ya all β€οΈ COYR FTID.

Class song, mate...

It was my wedding music, Bowie, for my second marriage, as we walked down the chapel aisle at Caverswall Castle, just outside Newcastle-under-Lyme.
The music for my first marriage was "Sheep May Safely Graze" by Johann Sebastian Bach, performed beautifully live at St Thomas's Church, South Wigston, near Leicester.

Don't tell us what you did for your third. π€£π€£
Don't stop believing? ππππ
27 May 2026 09:44:01
Nice one, DTP...
I'm guessing yours was "Don't Laugh at Me Because I'm a Fool" by Norman Wisdom?
Or, perhaps, due to the general lack of "thumbs up" after your comments on here, I'm thinking "Only the Lonely" by Roy Orbison. π€π€ππ
27 May 2026 11:36:32
Mine's was "Suspicious Minds". π€£π€£π€£

I did ask for local lad 'Lemmys', Ace of Spades, Rogie, but I got overruled... πππ
True story here. I did once go to a wedding where the reception afterwards featured a karaoke. One of the guests, after a few pints, took it upon himself to sing Neil Diamond's 'Love on the Rocks'.

Hereβs yet another stat as a gauge to our season...
We only did the double over 2 teams, Brentford and Spurs, but 2 teams did the double over us: Everton and Brighton.
Personally, I think once Ange had gone, we did become difficult to beat and took point (s) off 17 out of 19 teams.
Including those in the Champions League spots: Arsenal (home point), Man City (away point), Man Utd (home point), Villa (home point), Chelsea (3 away points), Bournemouth (home point).
Steady accumulation?
26 May 2026 21:36:52
Vitor took points. Playing attractive football is the difference for me.
Under Dyche, we couldn't buy a goal, and now we score for fun with the same players.
27 May 2026 10:21:35
Another myth, DTP, I'm afraid, mate. .....
In all competitions under SD, Forest scored 36 goals in 26 games in all competitions.
Under VP we scored 32 goals in 20 games.
Not much different......
Probably a misconception because we scored a glut like the 5 against Sunderland, the 4 against Burnley and the 3 against Chelsea.
Not that im complaining. VP is an excellent coach and we are lucky to have him ...
