I have utter respect for our Police and other members of our society (including prison wardens...) who serve our community. I take my hat off to them all.

However, I have to say that service in the Armed Forces is different. When you sign up to one of the three Services, your wife and family sign up too. I've dragged Mrs Legolas around the world, and also the little Legolases, who had to change school at least every 2 years in the process. Throw into that deployments, training courses, etc., I've worked out that in my 9 years of service I was away from my family for 4 years of that time.



I don't regret it. It was a rollercoaster ride though. Every direct-relative male on my family tree has served in the Army, going back to the 1st and 2nd Boer Wars. I'm proud of that fact and also proud that my ancestors helped to preserve free speech for us all.

Sorry - I'm sounding like Stokey now! Look up one of my relatives, Valentine Strudwick. One of the youngest soldiers to die in WW1 at the age of 15.

My problem was dtp it was before lockdown and he had his own stool at the bar and every dinner time he would sit there and talk and talk i had to spend half hour of my shift in the cellar pretending to do stuff just to go down there and scream and get a breather. ??

In mitigation, those of us who have watched Murillo, week in and week out, will know that he has an odd quirk of complaining about injury, then hobbling about for a bit, then miraculously reappearing and giving a man of the match performance.


He is a physio's nightmare. Like the story of Peter and the Wolf.

But the physio takes the final decision, not Dyche or any other manager.

I was at the Burnley game as I am at all home games DTP so didn't heed to Google it, I saw it mate.
No complaining players name has ever been mentioned, not even by SD, and certainly not Murillos.
Murillo played at least 7 games post SD with no sign of injury until the season ended for him against Burnley. So, he'd clearly recovered fully from the Dyche era injury.
More guesswork and speculation.
