The main culprit for our position in the PL is Igor Jesus. He was terrible in pre-season. Posters on here having a go at me for being negative when I said weeks ago he needed replacing. His whole posture and demeanour suggested he was out of his depth. I would have had more respect for him if he had held up is hands and said via his interpreter that a run on the bench might help him to get up to speed. He looks like he has overdone the weight training in the gym without doing the work on the treadmill and track - he can't run! Some astute poster the other day said he's one of the worst strikers ever at the club and I have to agree.
In the same company as Ian Wallace, Peter Ward, Bert Bowery, Bob Rosario (at least physically up to it). The goal difference says it all. If he is in the team against Fulham I won't be going and if he is still in next season's squad I'll be reluctant to renew. Don't want to watch a striker who can't score goals and is clearly out of his depth. Whoever recommended him wants shooting! Hopefully MGW and/or CHO will bail us out tomorrow - great players.

Wholly wrong. The reason we are in this state is purely because of the owner. His choices for the club, in terms of who runs what, have well and truly scuppered us. Stop blaming the players.
14 Mar 2026 23:28:13
??? Rhr, one player solely to blame for our predicament? ??? ?
14 Mar 2026 23:32:50
So you think he's an effective striker, bsered, and done a good job for the team, and comparable with the better Forest strikers of the past? If he'd have scored 10, or even 8, goals this season, we wouldn't be in the s*** we are in. Yes, Marinakis made the biggest error, sacking Nuno.
14 Mar 2026 23:45:41
? "With so many light years to go and things to be found, to be found.
I'm sure that we'll all miss him so,
It's the final meltdown,
The final meltdown." ? ???
15 Mar 2026 02:41:22
I must admit.
I would go with Awoniyi.
But, at least, he has done it before.
...
Taiwo. Taiwo Awoniyi, score a goal for me.
15 Mar 2026 09:55:20
How can our predicament be Jesus' fault? Why not go round Woods' house and have a go at him for getting injured on international duty while you're at it. Crazy times on here, honestly.
There is a whole rap sheet of why we are where we are, but it's not down to him. I get people being frustrated and angry, but this is just getting a bit silly now. :)
14 Mar 2026 22:01:21
This season has been chaos from the start and has been brewing since we got promoted (we’ve never had a proper strategy). And here we are back in the relegation zone. 72 signings, multiple managers, multiple CEOs.
Club’s need stability and they need a plan. Do we actually have any plan at all?
We spent so much money in the summer - and we all know how well that has gone - as well as sacking managers (£30m+?) - we had nothing in January left so we got the Italian tower upfront (who looks poor) on loan and Netz (who appears irrelevant) for peanuts.
West Ham meanwhile bought some quality in the summer (Fernandez looks excellent, the left back too) and still had enough to spent properly in January for Disai, and the two forwards.
What a total, predictable, self-inflicted shambles. As I said before, this is on Mr M. Shocking.

We are now bottom 3, so Dtp won't be back till next season with his predictions of the few points West Ham will get. Also, the Nuno nononuno bunch, you reap what you sow. Looks like we're on our way back to the Championship, boys, thanks Mr M.
14 Mar 2026 22:07:20
Give a rest, Skeggs???
My God!!
We win tomorrow, all change!!!
14 Mar 2026 22:08:42
Very, very unlucky England!!!
Played your hearts out!!!
14 Mar 2026 22:13:59
We have more chance of beating Fulham than England did against France tonight to stop Ireland from winning. We love Viva la France. ????
14 Mar 2026 22:15:08
Skegs mate i like you but you dun half talk some cr?p. Why revel in the us dropping into the relegation zone?
The toilet troll strikes again. ???
14 Mar 2026 22:27:28
Skegs you're just proving what a troll you are, an attention seeker, laughing at the fact the club Is in the bottom 3 your hero nuno is doing such a great job, that they are one point in front of us, with a worse goal difference, having played a game more, it's laughable that you think he's doing a good job, you don't care about the club, you keep on proving it by your posts,
14 Mar 2026 22:41:00
Honestly Skeggs???
Try and muster some sort of bloody belief will ya???
Maybe that's too much to ask of you and O'Larry???
You were never this negative when I first came on here around 10 years ago?
Remember "Dougie"???
Now that period was depressing.
Yes we are in a precarious position, however, just try to not to be so down on all things Forest all the time mate???
It's so frustrating and draining.
If we do go down, you and him I imagine will become completely insufferable.
I'm sorry, however you and him will spend next season in "Well we told you so!" Mode.
Oh the thought of it!
?
Anyway, while I still have breath in me, I will never, ever "Be stupid enough to write us off??? "
The Original Big Larry would be utterly ashamed of you pair giving up on his beloved Forest, and you boy's know it.
Still plenty to play for!!
FTID!!
14 Mar 2026 22:44:24
I give up on you Skeggs.I really do mate.

14 Mar 2026 16:36:51
He will because he's not playing for us. ? Shote, when he did play for us.
14 Mar 2026 17:28:46
He was never given a run of games.
14 Mar 2026 17:49:08
That's because the manager didn't rate him on the training ground, and when he was given minutes he was scoring goals in an easier league.
14 Mar 2026 17:55:25
Skegs, Lucca, or Kalimuendo? Who would you rather see running the channels for us? Enough said. ?
14 Mar 2026 18:10:31
Skegs, the Bundesliga is not the SPL or the Ligue 1 in France, it's a decent standard and depth, with some big clubs. You talk out of the place you should be sitting on.
14 Mar 2026 18:46:12
Here we go again Mr angry.can't finish a sentence without snapping my little croc ? and rrh neither there both rubbish
14 Mar 2026 19:02:05
Skegs, enlighten us on your vast knowledge of Kalimuendo. How much have you seen of him to write him off as rubbish? What games? How many minutes?
14 Mar 2026 19:24:32
My vast knowledge, Stevie, is I listen to the manager that works with him. He played minutes off the bench. He worked with him every day, training. Obviously he wasn't good enough to make first-team games, he was a bench boy for a reason.
What makes you think you have a better knowledge than a football manager that worked with the player every day? Is it the FIFA manager you play on your Xbox.
14 Mar 2026 19:37:41
How about Keinan Davis or Sam Sturridge? Couldn't be any worse, and £40 million in the bank too.
14 Mar 2026 19:50:03
Skegs, which manager? postecoglu? dyche? What did they tell you? I don't actually remember Dyche or postecoglu commenting on him publicly, did you get a, phone call? It's odd that you were calling Dyche clueless, and now your backing his supposed opinion of a player, Strange that when kalemuendo was given a bit of game time he scored a couple of goals, was Dyche also right about cunha, not playing instead of morato as well,? perhaps your a closet Dyche fan after all.
14 Mar 2026 20:22:20
Come on, City!!!!
Find a way!!!!
14 Mar 2026 20:39:26
If I remember rightly, Stevie, you wasn't a Nuno fan. How's that working out for you and your pal dtp. ?
14 Mar 2026 20:40:47
City are there for the taking tonight.
14 Mar 2026 20:52:29
Kalimuendo was a joke in some of the games I watched. Particularly in one Europa League game, he came on with a point to prove, and the ball kept bouncing off his shins. His basic ball control was laughable. He wasn't fast enough either to make up for it.
14 Mar 2026 20:55:46
I wasn't a Nuno out. It's classic, Skegs, you change the subject because you've made a tool of yourself regarding Kalemuendo, cos you've no clue how good he is or not, and you've lazily labelled him rubbish.
If I remember rightly, the only comment Dyche made was he wasn't quite up to speed, but then he also said that about Douglas Luiz, who's started every game since he's been at Villa. You and Dyche are both clueless. ?
14 Mar 2026 21:34:03
??? Stevie, how easy it is for you to forget things, but expect others to remember. The little bits I have seen of Kalubendover. He's in a team and a league he belongs in, pal. If you want to get excited about the few goals he's scored in a rubbish league, that's up to you, pal. ?
14 Mar 2026 21:47:04
Skegs like I said clueless, a league's that's produced world and European champions and you call it rubbish, ?
14 Mar 2026 13:53:24
Anyone else here absolutely sick of hearing that there are positives to take from our recent performances?
It's about time the players take responsibility for the lack of goals. Our chance conversion rate is appalling. Read somewhere that in the last five home games we had eighty nine chances/shots and scored one.
We rely too much on MGW scoring this season, and that says it all really, as most of the time he couldn't hit a barn door with a grand piano fired from a trebuchet at ten paces. CHO, Hutchinson, Sangare and Ando have to step up seeing as our current forwards are basically just loading up MGW's trebuchet. ?

14 Mar 2026 14:28:36
Pereira had the worst win ratio and goals scored record in the top 5 leagues of all European football when he was Wolves boss.
In the time he has taken Forest, guess what. He has exactly the same - the worst win ratio in all 5 levels of European football. Obviously the stats are for permanent managers.
He isn't the answer to lack of goals. We have had 4 managers, none of whom could solve the problem.
Players aren't good enough. Recruitment wasn't good enough. In fact, recruitment has been miles off. Since we lost Ross Wilson, we have made some shocking signings.
That's why, sadly, in my opinion, we will be relegated.
14 Mar 2026 14:40:35
I still believe we will stay up, but I will go the difference, and I can see a split decision on the cards. ?
14 Mar 2026 14:45:37
**But it. ?
14 Mar 2026 14:49:14
This manager isn't good enough - see if I'm not wrong, but the crowd will turn tomorrow against Fulham. Fans are sick of paying through the nose to watch players shanking shots and bottling chances. He's probably a lovely bloke, but he hasn't got the minerals to alter this period we are going through.
Every team seems to score against us from the chances they get. On the other hand, we can create 10 or 20 decent chances in a game and can't take one.
14 Mar 2026 14:58:31
Cheer up, Frog, those brethren of yours are going to batter England tonight and take the Six Nations crown. ???
14 Mar 2026 15:09:51
Think we will win tomorrow.just my opinion folks.
Also why does that slob Littler have to slag us off???
14 Mar 2026 16:06:39
Come on England later!!
14 Mar 2026 16:22:48
Would love us to win, Rogie, but just can't see it. ?
14 Mar 2026 16:34:42

14 Mar 2026 20:50:44

Sunday even. ?? Forgot Hudson Odoi as a sub.
14 Mar 2026 11:07:25
One day, Munmad, one day.
14 Mar 2026 13:59:11
I'd give Aina a rest and use Netz. Never use Abbott, he'll be outrun and outplayed. I'd also use Yates first half and give Dominguez a rest. Cho needs to be on the pitch, Hutch to sub him second half.
This will not be an easy game by any means, can't say I'm looking forward to it at all. A loss and we face the drop.
14 Mar 2026 14:44:01
Please, not Abbott. He'll get eaten alive by Fulham's experienced forward line. Four at the back, two wingers/inside forwards. Take the game to them, and pray we can score. ?
14 Mar 2026 16:55:24
And Morato won't. ??
14 Mar 2026 17:28:49
The hints in the four at the back brains. ?
14 Mar 2026 06:49:03
We should have held on to Jota Silva, he clearly loved playing for the club, he always put a shift in and scored goals when he had his chance, he could have been someone we could have played as a striker in the situation we are in, and maybe could have chipped in with a goal or 2.
That's all we needed Thursday night and since Woodies injury. Igor Jesus looks so tired.

14 Mar 2026 10:02:57
Good shout that! Go and get him back for the rest of the season. He's got a better hairdo now aswell. ?
14 Mar 2026 10:40:43
He'd be even quicker if he shaved those eyebrows too. ??
14 Mar 2026 12:40:16
He was a lively player and always gave his all, but was lacking quality as well. I don't think he was our answer.
The European game was crying out for Woods, we still have a good chance of going through, but we never make it easy.
More importantly, we need a good result Sunday!
13 Mar 2026 19:31:09

13 Mar 2026 19:43:05
Send him BACKwa ?? Edu out Pereira out COYR.
14 Mar 2026 06:19:54
I said I'd wait to give my option on Pereira after getting hammered for calling out Dyche & Ange as useless. Well, I've waited, & he's useless as well. Just get rid. What a disaster of a season, & it's all down to one man, Big M.
14 Mar 2026 07:57:55
I agree with Larry. Big M needs to stick to what he knows, shipping, and get somebody in who knows how to run the football side of things.
14 Mar 2026 08:07:38
Big M did well with Olympiacos - though, I must admit, he's tried the continental style of ownership here, which perhaps doesn't work too well. I think the manager needs to choose players, not a director of football. The manager knows the deficiencies of the team.
Huge game tomorrow. If it continues to be Nottingham Forest nil, we are doomed.
14 Mar 2026 08:23:19
I said a while ago that Mr M had set a chain reaction after the fallout with Nuno, and one bad decision after another has happened. He needs to get control of the club again. He should have stayed with Dyche till June, and I think we would have survived. Not sure now. VP seems a nice bloke, but he's struggling to use the players to their best abilities, and can't produce a goal from our strikers, with only a handful of matches left.
He's under a lot of pressure. I would play Hutchison and MGW as twin strikers with a back 3 and Sangare with Anderson, and bring the others on later in the game.
14 Mar 2026 09:17:56
Jester, I didn't like Dyche, and we will never know whether he would have kept us up or not. It's the same argument some are having with players we have loaned out; would they have made a difference? We will never know. But, apart from getting rid of Nuno and bringing in Edu, the biggest mistake, and I think the stupidest mistake Mr M has ever made, was listening to 5 players, which 3 or 4 of them will not be with us come summer, stay up or not, was to ask their advice whether a manager should be sacked or not.
Daft. End of.
14 Mar 2026 10:48:51
Yes, Agent Larry, 5 games is plenty of time to assess isn't it mate? ???
I have a very uneasy feeling that Mr Silva will provide an object lesson to us tomorrow on what a manager can achieve in 5 years, given time and a well run, stable club to operate in .I hope I'm wrong but you certainly are .
14 Mar 2026 12:30:13
I've never been wrong yet, Stokie. My record is impeccable. ?
14 Mar 2026 17:13:03
Larry. ???? ?
13 Mar 2026 17:00:45
Just reading down. One poster, (well done fat man) which for me shouldn't have been shown. I mean really. This man's passion is unbelievable. Not like he's paying out minimum wage with chips. Get your heads out. Makes me sick this game we are supposed to love.
Again, remember lock down and nobody helping lower clubs, what do they do. They feed the little kids with more money than sense. Really really annoys me. Big m doesn't play chim, he just keeps on giving. Pathetic the lot of ya.

13 Mar 2026 17:49:15
You gone bit early tonight, mate. ??
13 Mar 2026 18:22:38
Referring to last night's result. I'll quote Clough:
"If anybody's daft enough to write us off."
Well, they're right to. Not a hope in hell's chance of turning that round.
13 Mar 2026 18:41:01
Stripey, it's the frustration of our players. I get fed up with it, bud. The money man just keeps on giving.
13 Mar 2026 19:28:16
Not all of us, Bowie.
13 Mar 2026 19:37:07
Actually, my apologies, Perko. ? Just running my heart on empty, bud.
13 Mar 2026 19:46:51
Bowie, I'm with you - love Big M, and people should realise where this club would be without him. Where do you honestly think Forest would be playing under a different owner? He's the lifeblood of our club.
He's made mistakes - we all make mistakes in life. Edu was the worst, but that's for history now. Thank you, Mr M - I may not follow anymore, but in all honesty, you saved our club. You really did.
13 Mar 2026 19:50:29
Well said, Froggy, my friend. ?
13 Mar 2026 19:59:46
I get your frustrations and I'm with you, brother. ?
