I’d put these 3 as my players of the season in descending order
1. Neco Williams
2. Elliott Anderson
3. Nicola Milenkovic
I’ve gone for Neco for his commitment, energy and incredible commitment to our club plus he plays out of position.
Incredible player and the best 17m we’ve ever spent.

Milenkovic slightly shades Anderson imo, Mr consistent.
Williams, very close, but his brain fart against Palace n subsequent ban for Leeds game was very costly.

Ok serious note here!
If Taiwo is sanctioned for his vest top, attributed to his faith - somronr he truly believes in! Then why do they stop play during a game for Ramadan?
If the FA sanction Taiwo, I will bring the FA up on charges of Rasism and for double standards and for being complete bum holes!
Enuff Said, soap box put away - wife will not get best 30 seconds of life - she's had 20 years of it lol.

Oy Redtree, that's my line.

I know, mate, I know - I laughed my socks off when I read your post about Bridlington - even my wife laughed!
25 Mar 2026 14:55:29
My wife didn't!!!!!. ?
25 Mar 2026 21:29:40
I've asked a doctor. He recommended more Viagra, mate!

After reading the later posts on Player of Season and nominating Neco, I've had a rethink and think its unfair to single out any of the back 4 plus Sels.... The pressure they have had to soak up has been unwarranted, maybe Neco based on some poor defending in the air during the earlier part of season before SD got them organised.....
Hope we can hang on to them next year.

So, fellow posters, we have Glasner and Silva looking for a new club at the end of the season. We have Vp. What will Mr M do, stick or twist?
24 Mar 2026 21:28:06
Silva would be a good shout, he steadied the Fulham ship and got them competing. Maybe, with Mr M, he can bring Europe closer to Nottingham!
Vp has helped, but I'm not sure he fits the Forest criteria for the future!
Get rested up, lads!
COYR.

We have a manager that has galvanised the club, brought the supporters and players together, and you guys are already looking elsewhere. ? I thought you would have learned, after this season and the managerial merry-go-round, that the grass isn't always greener. ?
25 Mar 2026 01:00:57
Not suggesting for one moment that I want to get rid of Vp, only saying that there are two managers, who Mr M knows and is friends with, who will be looking for new clubs.
I’ve no idea what basis he was brought in on. I like the guy, but then what say have the fans got. You never know with our owner, just saying RRH no offence meant.
25 Mar 2026 08:34:34
Don't apologise, Vale, I was just saying that we've had enough managers this season for the equivalent of a decade. ?
25 Mar 2026 09:14:42
Absolutely agree, enough is enough. But then this is Forest we're talking about.
25 Mar 2026 18:44:34
Glasner, Silva and VP are all very good managers, but they need more than 3 months tenure to work their magic. Which they won't get with Mr M, and hence they won't come.
We need stability, not another manager.
I'd imagine we will see where we are at the end of the season. Generally speaking, under this hierarchy, we are a basket case of a club and a laughing stock.
25 Mar 2026 22:57:56
Vitor is already doing his job.
He'll keep us up and win the cup.
Convinced of that.
We were robbed by VAR against Liverpool and Fulham, and we'd already be safe by now.
He's done a fantastic job.
26 Mar 2026 12:36:49
Agreed, DTP.
But SD was sacked shortly after being nominated for Manager of the Month, mate. Anything could happen under this owner...
26 Mar 2026 20:35:46
He'd list the dressing room, and fringe players never got a look in.
Dyche was never, ever going to be a good fit for Forest.
Playing predictable 70/80s football doesn't work in the Premier.
24 Mar 2026 16:53:41
Here's a real poser for you all. We are playing Villa and it's in added mins and 0-0. MGW has been subbed, Wood is not playing, and in minute 7 of extra time (9 mins in total) we get a penalty.
Who in your opinion could we best trust to take that penalty? Think it through carefully before you answer.

Me!!!!!!
24 Mar 2026 17:44:00
If MGW was subbed, I would expect McAtee would be brought on. So ld give him a chance. Or Sangare.
24 Mar 2026 18:02:02
Jesus scored one earlier in the season, quite emphatically if I remember rightly. ?
24 Mar 2026 18:10:58
Elliot Anderson.
24 Mar 2026 18:19:49
This situation has already happened this season, vs Leeds at home. Elliot Anderson scored our third goal.
24 Mar 2026 19:05:12
I'd go Anderson as well after seeing him get the third very confidently against Leeds.
Jesus, perhaps?
24 Mar 2026 19:09:05
Easy Neco.
24 Mar 2026 19:54:41
I'm with Munmad, Neco always hits a mean pen.
24 Mar 2026 20:14:29
Neco. Lethal.
24 Mar 2026 20:49:27
Rogie Red read my mind - Me, lol. But Neco next or Murillo!
24 Mar 2026 22:07:59
I'd go for Neco.
25 Mar 2026 00:05:44
Gotta be a Neco net buster. ⚽️
25 Mar 2026 17:11:43
Not Anderson.
24 Mar 2026 13:50:29

Send dtp down there, Hugton out. ??
24 Mar 2026 15:39:20
Winter, he's being mentioned, plus 80-year-old Harry Redknapp, and Tim Sherwood, who hasn't managed for 12 years. ?
Ballon's, I think it being Spurs; he might be down there with "Hughton in" on his banner. ?
24 Mar 2026 15:57:33
Yes, get him in as soon as. He'll put a smile on everyone's faces. ???
24 Mar 2026 16:59:57
Be careful what you wish for, he has to come good eventually. Even you lot talk sense sometimes. ???
24 Mar 2026 21:19:58
Always been careful of what I wish for.
Marinakis being run out of town ain't one of them, as I've already witnessed the alternatives.
Scholar, Doughty and Fawas.
25 Mar 2026 17:12:47
Please, don't appoint Hughton, my broken ribs hurt when I laugh.
24 Mar 2026 11:49:13
Even though I am a churchgoer, I had to laugh at the Forest supporters who sang at half time "Jesus walks on the Trent."
Time to chill!

So Taiwo is risking sanctions, a fine or ban by the FA for revealing a "God is the greatest vest". What the hell next. Ya just gotta love this country at the moment ???

24 Mar 2026 08:03:35
Yes it's abysmal. I'm not a religious man, but does this mean every Catholic player that 'crosses' himself coming on and off the pitch will also be sanctioned, and so on and so forth? Where does it all end?
24 Mar 2026 08:13:44
I also have no belief in any god but smile at the double standards of taking the knee and then investigating a black man showing his faith HA Ha! Or is it because he's a Forest player he already got a yellow for showing it VAR says that's enough ???
24 Mar 2026 10:09:46
I assumed it was just Taiwo's tribute to Cloughie.
24 Mar 2026 10:32:08
Not posted on here in a very long time, but felt I had to. To punish a man for his beliefs is despicable. The guy tries to shine a small light of good for a second, and then that happens. It is just further evidence that this world is run by evil people.
24 Mar 2026 11:16:12
"Jesus" will have something to say about this!!!. ???
24 Mar 2026 13:22:00
What if Mo Salah had done the same thing. Do you think he'd be up for a fine or sanction? Highly unlikely.
24 Mar 2026 14:09:39
It could of been worse, he could of had skegs is the greatest on his vest.
24 Mar 2026 16:55:58
Why I thought Skeggs was the greatest. Who else could it be?
25 Mar 2026 19:08:05
Skeggs was the greatest what though, Jester? ???
23 Mar 2026 23:06:03
Neco all day long, 100% every time he puts on the shirt, nearly ever-present, must be a manager's dream.

23 Mar 2026 23:35:02
?? Dam retty red again I've been up against.
24 Mar 2026 10:20:03
I'd go for the unsung hero Milenkovich. I think he's played more times than anybody else in the squad, always consistent, a leader, and plays to a high standard. He's a hard lad but hardly ever gets booked or suspended, an achievement in his position.
He's had some very, very good centre forwards in his pocket all season, up to and including Solanke and Richarlison on Sunday.
I thought he was Man of the Match myself, but goal scorers always get it rather than defenders.
24 Mar 2026 14:09:21
I'd say the whole team were "Men of the Match!"
