21 Oct 2026 08:40:09

21 Oct 2026 09:54:27

21 Oct 2026 10:21:41
Don't worry, they can rebuild him, make him better than he was before..?.

20 Oct 2026 10:23:06

21 Oct 2026 15:13:57
Besides Stone Cold Steve Austin. There only one Sergeant i know, Sergeant Slaughter.

21 Oct 2026 15:58:25
What about Rick Flair? ?.

21 Oct 2026 18:34:46
Everythings rosie, skeggs.
Is there still loads of Dyche rose tinted glasses for 50 p on East Gate Market ?
Don't forget to order his new book, how i was so successful at Forest.

21 Oct 2026 17:23:24
All as dull and fake as you lot. I'm not surprised that you ladies like watching scantily clad and oiled up muscle heads to be honest.
I'll stick with Jane Austen if you don't mind ??????.

21 Oct 2026 19:27:45
I've been re reading Alexander Pope this afternoon. I particularly enjoyed " The Dunciad”. Written in the early 1700's it still rings true today..recommended.???.

21 Oct 2026 19:34:58
I particularly like the chapter in Dyche's book that reveals how he caused a season ending serious injury to Murillo by asking him to play at left back..allegedly.

20 Oct 2026 16:48:02
Stick Murillo in midfield. He's our best player (along with MGW) so get them both in the middle dictating play.

Agree1 Disagree0

20 Oct 2026 16:57:48
And Delap in defence and Vitor in management ??.

20 Oct 2026 17:12:01
Not a bad shout there Skegs, Delap in defence! He put himself about against Arsenal, those defenders new they'd been in a game!

20 Oct 2026 17:34:43
Yeah thats sounds a fantastic idea, Sels could be the answer to our goal scoring problems problems too. ???.

20 Oct 2026 17:46:42
The problems are so vast it echoed ?.

20 Oct 2026 18:05:58
Liam "Burns"

20 Oct 2026 20:15:11
Elliot gets his first goal in The Champions League.
Well done lad.

20 Oct 2026 20:34:41

21 Oct 2026 07:31:01
To me to you to me to you ?.

21 Oct 2026 09:23:57
So childish but that's made me laugh.

21 Oct 2026 10:22:18
Had to chuckle over that! ???.

21 Oct 2026 11:39:17
I was thinking that Delap should have done that type of gentle tap in off the cross bar against Palace instead of the show off net buster!

21 Oct 2026 15:13:03
Absolutely. Just roll it into the corner.

20 Oct 2026 14:51:17
Big Larry great post mate!
They introduced the new 'penalties' at the start of the season, but I've not seen any team penalised yet for;
Taking to long at throw ins
Taking to long at corners
Goalkeepers clearing the ball
Then there is the WWF that Big Larry has mentioned at corners!!!!
I watched Forest players being held by Arsenal defenders in the penalty box, with Michael Oliver watching and no pen given! This was 'clear and obvious' mistakes and should be penalties, but nothing given!
This isn't just happening to Forest either, and I can see football fans leaving the grounds for good.

The referee association needs to start acting and stopping this cheating on the pitch at corners!

just thought I would mention Mr M. theres an excellent manager out there looking for a job in the Prem. Very experienced, tactical and motivational expert, gets the best out of his players by using them in the right positions and his teams score goals. Get in now before some very lucky club get him. His name, VITOR PEREIRA. U REDS.

Eddie Howe ?

21 Oct 2026 03:23:37
Anybody at the moment dpt.

20 Oct 2026 08:11:26
An observation from the Spurs v Coventry game, on the second Spurs goal. It didn't look much of a foul or elbow, but if it had been a Forest player, I am convinced the goal would have been ruled out!

I'm still not convinced about VAR, it is still down to another individuals opinion!

Agree5 Disagree0

20 Oct 2026 11:00:55
It's an interesting point Keeff. Looking at the highlights I think 2 of Manchester City's goals against Ipswich were the result of blatant fouls against defenders. But same old same old officiating against the small clubs.
This season has been one of fine margins for us so far. The only VAR in our favour was (amazingly but correctly) at Anfield where one of their goals was ruled out for marginal offside. So saved us a point there theoretically.

On the down side I'm still not entirely sure about Jesus foul against Coventry was valid which would have saved us a point. As for Williams " winner” against Spurs, definitely should have been allowed. No clear and obvious error. So 3 points lost, again theoretically. We'd be on 8 points and mid table.
Add on a late ( but entirely legitimate)goal against Leeds and ditto Arsenal. Dont even get me started about Palace.

20 Oct 2026 11:05:20
VAR should be scrapped Keeff. Its still, after all this time way to inconsistent, as you say its down to individual mistakes. Every weekend with VAR, there will be one or two decisions that are found to be wrong by Monday. Then you look at the Championship, all down the human decision-making.

Yes there are as many mistakes or maybe slightly less, but its all down to on the spot decision-making, and i don't know about anyone else but i find that far more acceptable. ?.

20 Oct 2026 11:20:24
I agree RRH!
I thought VAR was brought in for the 'clear and obvious' mistakes, not the microscopic induced cases!
If it's a clear offside that the linesman has missed, then tell the officials.
If it's a clear handball (MUFC against NFFC), then tell the ref. If the ref then decides not to accept the VAR call, then sack the ref!
These lines drawn for offside are NOT clear and obvious mistakes, the line judge cannot be expected to make that call.

But a shirt collar being offside, or a toe, or a finger, deffo NOT clear and obvious.
If VAR stick to 'clear and obvious' then it will. work, it will be fair and it won't take 5 minutes to sort out!
Soap box put away! ?.

20 Oct 2026 11:39:16
Had enough of the Premier league and VAR not interested any more I've been going with this thought for a time and now had it with it, I will still follow my team but refuse to watch any more Premier games on telly I will listen to the matches on the radio, Sky doubled my Sky sports and I canceled it they then offered me a discount no chance!!, I'm not paying to support a corrupt regime like Sky any more TV package goes next we should all cancel Sky maybe someone will listen then sorry rant over, OG out ??.

20 Oct 2026 13:06:20
Must admit I'm not sure about renewing my ticket for next season, not enjoying it as much as before, even when we lost I always had a good day, but no so much nowadays. Shame really.

20 Oct 2026 13:53:28
Spot on Jester get a fire stick. I only watch Forest & thats hard at the moment. Can't stand sitting through a corrupt Premier league match between to teams ive got no interest in. Losing interest in football fast, I never thought that day would come.

Sick of the WWF wrestling matches at ever corner & gutless refs to scared to give a penalty. 10 mins before you can celebrate a goal & most irking of all.
??Backwards & sideways everywhere we go, everywhere we go.?.

20 Oct 2026 21:46:45
Got to admit if city aren't relegated then i'll probably call it a day
No other punishnent is acceptable to me.

21 Oct 2026 11:43:15
Been saying what you're saying for years about VAR Keefe. Reduced to basics, no one ever in the history of football was ruled offside by a toe nail. It's beyond satire.??.

So now we find ourselves in the bottom 2 with all of the promoted teams above us. Make no mistake, we are bang in a relegation dog fight yet again. But the stubborn stupid haired Austrian still won't change his tactics or formations! It's not working you obnoxious gooch! I'm absolutely cheesed off with watching the tripe that this useless idiot keeps on dishing up.

Get rid of him and wipe that hideous, smarmy smile off his face.

20 Oct 2026 07:18:47
I still think its early days a win friday moves us up to 11th so no need for all this panic think we played well against the champions. Mcatee a waste of time and sels needs replacing but dont have a decent replacement which should of been sorted in the summer bloke just doesn't know how to come off his line.

and i didn't miss mgw at all which was strange. dominguez looked great 3pts friday and onwards and upwards ?.

20 Oct 2026 08:40:23
Sels didn't have anything to do against the Champions and got beaten with a deflected shot fgs

Why does he need replacing?

McAtee will be a player he has all the ability in the world just needs a good run of games and playing in his right position which is a 10

He can play alongside Gibbs White with Jesus and Delap up top

Sels

Williams
Cunha
Diamonde
Netz

Schlager
Murrilo

McAtee
Gibbs White
Jesus

Delap

4-2-3-1

I know Murrilo as a left sided defensive mid!! How controversial is that but can tackle great passing range and can carry the ball forward

Why not?

20 Oct 2026 08:50:30
Sels didn't have anything to do because his defence done a great job. but when they dont ie palace he stands on his line. watching paint dry. theres no competition for his place to keep him on his toes goalkeeper a must next window and no not the Murillo position debate again its like listening about vp should have could have wood have ? talking of wood hes lost it as well 2 seasons ago he would of hit that first time and buried it.

20 Oct 2026 08:53:00
Good post Munmad!

20 Oct 2026 09:45:40
Good post Stellaboy.

20 Oct 2026 10:09:28
Hang on? Skegs, makes sense?, nah lol, good post Jay. ??.

20 Oct 2026 10:28:51
It still makes me laugh that some posters are convinced Murillo can play anywhere. I mean imagine being in the young mans shoes, you leave academy football, play twenty games for the first team and are spotted by a team in the greatest league in the world. A transfer follows, you rock up in a foreign country, you learn a different language, you learn your trade as a centre back in the most competitive league there is.

Turns out you have all the tools to be world class, you get capped by the Mighty Brazil, you play in European competition for your club whilst still remember being a very young man, learning his trade, learning a new culture and position. And having to put up with imbeciles on social media saying that you should be playing at left back, in midfield or as an attacker. ??.

20 Oct 2026 10:57:56
Hey Skegs mate, here's a new one, Murillo in goal on Friday? ??.

20 Oct 2026 11:18:40
Murillo's definitely a one off, Playing in the first team before his bags was unpacked, leave him in his best position, we already have to many players, playing out of position.

20 Oct 2026 11:20:38
He'd do a better job ?.

20 Oct 2026 11:48:56
I applaud Munmad for his interesting lateral thinking about Murillo in midfield. He certainly has the skill set and who knows?
In practical terms he's highly unlikely to be playing there though for 2 reasons.
Firstly, we are well stocked with specialist holding midfielders such as Schlager, Sanghere, Yates and Dominquez.
Secondly, we'd be missing a trick.

Surely one of their goals main points in OGs system is that having the security of the extra defender allows any of our 3 ball playing centre backs to step into midfield and counter attack, getting us moving forward quickly in transition? Like Stones did at Manchester City and ( vintage) Van Dyck at Liverpool.

20 Oct 2026 13:34:11
I see that Sels has become the new "Plankov”.Of all the goals we have conceded so far this season I can only think he might have done better ( ie got a stronger hand) to Leeds free kick winner. The remaining 9 were not in any way his fault. He's made his usual quota of top class saves on the credit side.

20 Oct 2026 16:29:47
Well looks like og agrees with me forest looking at otavio 20 year old goalkeeper apparently goalkeeper is a priority ?.

20 Oct 2026 16:48:29
Sounds like one for the future rather than a direct challenge to Sels. I dread. Sels getting injured or suspended and z Victor coming in after the shenanigans against Villa last season.

19 Oct 2026 20:23:56
Some excellent posts regarding the Arsenal game. Here's my tuppence worth.
Firstly, overall, I'm much encouraged. We stifled the Champions ( and probably the best non cheating team in the World) until conceding via a deflected shot which on another day could have gone anyway but on this occasion arrowed right into the corner of the net in the 80th minute. Even more, we looked comfortable, Sels untroubled, compact and disciplined, not an Arsenal shot on target and the only good chance they had was Rice's over the bar.

On top of that some great chances for us, especially for Wood and Murrillo's would have been a goal of the season contender. All without MGW our play maker and Jesus, our best poacher and finisher.
It was so nearly a replica of the corresponding game last season and a Dychean defensive and tactical masterclass. But, not to be this time.

Secondly, we have a foundation to build on for the Ipswich game. Our 3 central defenders were faultless, Diomande strong and calm, Cunha likewise and Murillo back to his best. Phenomenal workrate and commitment from Dominquez and Schlager. Delap was a handful for their central defenders, pace, aggression and physicality all the game. Another quick throw in nearly paid off, superb intelligence.

Thirdly, CHO looked a threat in his cameo. Just a thought, if Kalimuendo is the answer as a sub WTF is the question? Meanwhile, abroad and out of reach, Bakwa and Hutchinson work their magic.

Fourthly. this is only a foundation. If we dont get 6 points out of Ipswich, Manchester City and Brentford Mr M pudgy finger will be twitching near the trigger during the international break.

Lastly, speaking of aforesaid Greek and contrary to DTPs erroneous post I don't have a bandwagon and have never called for Mr M s removal. I have praised his passion and commitment, financial and emotional, always whilst pointing out his numerous bloopers, mainly the instability caused by his ridiculous rate of manager turnover. Speaking truth to power with the faint hope he will change his methods.

For those who assert that he has got us to the Prem and Europe, think again. Cooper got us promoted and Nuno got us into Europe. The other 9 he's appointed have either been useless or not around long enough to find out ( like VP).
The buck stops with the owner. If he'd appointed 11 ships Captains and nine of them had crashed his vessels onto the rocks, he's a failure. He should treat our beloved club the same.

Agree5 Disagree0

19 Oct 2026 21:03:26
And 6th we are in the bottom 2, 16pts behind the top team after only 7 games. The futures bright the futures red ?.

19 Oct 2026 21:06:20
Bottom line is stokey
We spent 25 years struggling in the championship mainly and i still went
Now i watch is struggle in the premier
Better quality watch is the only difference
Like iv'e said many times we wern't ready for europe and sunderland will find that out this season as well
Its not that we don't create chances or get set pieces, its the fact we waste them and have done so under every coach since promotion
If we had defended against palace like we did yesterday then we would have got 3 points
Mcatee is the problem as he gives nothing in a tackle, nothing going forward and nothing as a goal threat
We have three big centre backs to come up for corners, but the delivery is terrible
Every succesful side has to get goals from all over the field
You need full backs or wing backs to get at least 2 or 3 each
Centre backs same
Midfield one to get a min of 8 and the rest 3 ;4 or five and then a striker to get duoble figures
Since wood and elanga our goals have dried up,barring MGW who started doing that
Elanga the biggest miss and not been replaced.

19 Oct 2026 21:17:29
Elanga as a floating 10 behind a decent striker, not Rory Decrap worth a try because his run down the left the flip to the right as been sussed. Very skilful player though.

19 Oct 2026 21:22:39
Sorry Stokie mate,I'm nowhere near convinced.
Yes we frustrated them, however when it really mattered,we fluffed our lines.
Why persist with N,Doye, when CHO was way better in the limited time he had.
Difference was with Nuno,we were lightning on the break, when we break it's lethargic.

No one really knows our style of play.
Ollie rolls out the same old rhetoric.
I expected alot better than this at the start of the Season, given his pedigree.
We live in hope mate.

19 Oct 2026 21:24:00
.Don't start me on set pieces.

19 Oct 2026 21:29:40
The football world is alot darker down the A52 and the Fosse road boys.

19 Oct 2026 21:54:43
The other issue we have is injuries
MGW Mylenkovic,Jesus,3 big players
How they get injured training is a concern.

19 Oct 2026 22:15:45
Yes agree DTP, as I said months ago, McAtee is the problem and should be sold while we can still get decent money for him. He runs around like a £30M, lost, aimless, academy player. Not sure about the need for the detailed analysis Stokey? Arsenal started nervously and it was the poorest performance I've seen from them in years.

We were the home side and apart from Delap didn't take the game to them until the last 10 minutes when CHO came on.

20 Oct 2026 21:31:55
I said pre season glasner was a wrongun, did I ever mention it ??? can't even be bothered to post much these days. Just bored. Glasner came in like the dark winter nights. in may, No f kn daylight. And rather watch my heater blaring than this carp. Clutching some of ya on here simples.

19 Oct 2026 20:24:46
Anyone yet doubt we are in a relegation fight? The season has turned sour already.

Agree4 Disagree0

19 Oct 2026 20:22:02
Couldn't see it at the game but saw it on MOTD later that Muñoz wasn't close enough to Madueke and should have closed him down far more quickly. Shocking defending. Muñoz had a really poor game, offered nothing in attack and should be dropped. However he won't be as he's one of Glasner's favourites.
