What a farce from the ticket office. Had three emails over last few hours trying to get me to buy a ticket. I’m having none of it. Not going again until we have a real manager who has a game plan and an identity.
The rip off prices before the backtrack were quite something - I said to my lad the ground will be half empty come Thursday evening. I suppose it’s a cheap game now the prices have changed, but honestly, what a way to treat fans.

Good. Less demand means lower prices.
Anyone else who always moans, please stop buying tickets. I want to be able to take my son to more games.

Ndoye injured won't play tomorrow. Now that's a real blow!

How on earth did he get injured? He does bugger all.
12 Mar 2026 06:21:43
Tripped over his Ego.
12 Mar 2026 08:29:16
That's a bit negative, Roger, from our No.1 follower. I never thought this horrendous season would get to you.
12 Mar 2026 10:32:39
I have contacts in the banking industry, who have told me Ndoy dropped his wallet in the banking hall. He bent over to pick it up, but it was a struggle, and he pulled his back out!
I've sent him some flowers - plain and self raising. The self raising might help him get up next time. ? ? ?
12 Mar 2026 17:49:56
You sure it's banking, Keef?
11 Mar 2026 08:57:20
Forest will stay up. We will beat Fulham and Spurs. We will also beat Midjiyland 3-1 on aggregate.
So come on you doubters, give your head a wobble and get some positivity in it.

Where are these league wins coming from, Munmad? We struggle to score goals, we have our main striker out injured, and a coach who hasn't won a Premier League game in his last 17 attempts.
Plus, the distraction of the Europa League. We can't rely upon other teams to keep us up.
11 Mar 2026 10:16:28
I'm positive it won't be that easy. We are talking about Forest, aren't we? Only last season, the best one in 20 odd years, we still moaned about not getting into the Champions League. So go for it, Munmad, you can be positive for me. ?? ??
11 Mar 2026 10:17:56
Always admire your positivity, Munmad. VP's team selection tomorrow will be interesting. Perhaps along the same lines as v Man City, 3 at the back?
11 Mar 2026 12:46:10
Three at the back for me.
The main reason is because our wingers aren't doing the business. May as well have Aina and Williams pushing forward.
A bit harsh on HO, I suppose, but he's very hit and miss.
11 Mar 2026 15:02:20
Agree with your thinking, Gazzi. Plus, 3 at the back can actually be an attacking or counter-attacking formation, especially with 2 of our 3 centre backs being quick and good on the ball.
11 Mar 2026 17:22:57
Can any of ya remember, and, btw, if you don't, you ain't been watching what I've been over the years. (And, btw, we've pretty much relied on our defence.) 4 at the back, nick one, and, btw, that would be, hopefully, for next game.
11 Mar 2026 17:25:10
I definitely think we will stay up. Tottenham are right in the mire and just going backwards, and I hope they keep Tudor as long as possible.
9 games to go yet, that is a lot of football, and anything could happen yet.
Ironically, our point against Wolves looks pretty good considering their recent results.
Spurs match is a must-win game, and we could do ourselves a massive favour against Burnley too.
11 Mar 2026 17:38:01
My only reservation about going 3 at the back tomorrow is that that's how we set up against them when we played them in the group stages.
I think if we go 4-2-3-1 and go with the best team, we can make changes after an hour or so from a good position.
Though, I agree, going forward in the league, 3 at the back may be the way to go. As long as the key players stay fit.
11 Mar 2026 18:19:36
Still got to get above Spurs, and stay there. I hope our pampered millionaire performers (as they like to be called these days, I believe) have been watching Championship football on the TV, half-empty grounds with zero atmosphere. Something for them to look forward to. You would hope it would give them a little nudge in the right direction. We can only hope.
11 Mar 2026 20:06:05
They aren't bothered, Red Vale. Off at the end of the season is their mantra. With a big pay cheque in the bank, of course.
11 Mar 2026 07:44:24
The prices to be charged for the match this Thursday are an absolute disgrace. £50 - £70 pounds. Can the club's management sink any lower?

11 Mar 2026 09:36:45
I've just had an email from the ticket office. Prices have been reduced for the game on Thursday. £15 for season card and members, with partial refunds being made to people who have already purchased tickets!
They made a statement saying they've listened to fans concerned about the pricing of tickets!
It's an 8pm kick-off on a Thursday.
Did they not think people might not want to pay so much!!!
11 Mar 2026 10:50:47
That's only because they can't sell em for the Mickey Mouse Cup.
11 Mar 2026 13:36:45
I hope we are getting refunds. I paid 50 quid for mine. Ridiculous pricing for this game.
11 Mar 2026 14:50:21
Yeah, Stevie, you will get a refund.
11 Mar 2026 15:24:25
The whole European tickets have been a rip-off. Dread to think what they'd charged if it was Champions League.
Just looked on the site n it's still saying they are plus 50 quid despite getting email saying it's 15 quid.
Apparently it's a 28 day wait for anyone who paid full price already.
11 Mar 2026 16:52:32
Stripey, does the seller have a kiss me skegs hat on? Just asking.
11 Mar 2026 17:08:19
No one at the club knows who or what Skegs is, mate. ?
I'll wear a hat if you pay double. ?
11 Mar 2026 17:29:00
?? Stripey, well, me n Balloons know him well enough.
12 Mar 2026 10:57:47
Commiserations, Bowie.
12 Mar 2026 12:37:44
Hey up, Baldy, what have I done to you. ?

11 Mar 2026 10:52:28
1956? Means he's 60, so it ain't btp, he's much older than that. ?
11 Mar 2026 11:49:07
Balloons, do a quick recount. ? ?
11 Mar 2026 13:37:44
Maths not your strong point, Balloons? ?

11 Mar 2026 15:37:55
???? Great site, Mats and Spreling.
11 Mar 2026 17:35:54
I was born in 1956 and I was glad to lose 9 years for a short while. Back to being an old git again, I guess. ?
11 Mar 2026 17:43:49
Oi old twit scarfs with ya stokey.
12 Mar 2026 00:33:24
Stokey that was not my reply please believe me bud. I've been asking the eds about it. Just wrong.
{Ed001's Note - I have asked Ed33 to have a look into it for you. No idea what happened there, I mean you often post gibberish ;-) but that goes beyond Geordie gibberish into just plain nonsense.}
12 Mar 2026 08:53:48
?? Just doesn't make sense at all. Swear wasn't me.
12 Mar 2026 10:21:26
Eds I am really concerned about this reply to stokey? I really cannot make head nor tail of it, yet alone sending it. Something just ain't right?
{Ed033's Note - The same IP address was used on your reply to stokey as all your other recent posts. Meaning, most likely [if it wasn't you], either someone else used your device and posted instead of you or another person in your location (so they have the same ip address) knows your username and password.
The solution should be, to change your password on the My Profile page and not let anyone else use your devices.
12 Mar 2026 14:41:24
Its ok ed he just needs time to recover and remember ??
12 Mar 2026 14:49:28
Will do ed33 and thanks, changing it now.

A great night for us last night. Clutching at straws (and nobody wants to see players injured), but extra time and a tough next round against Leeds, plus their key player out. Let’s hope it’s nothing trivial eh?
I’m ashamed to say that but we are desperate….
Agree4

10 Mar 2026 17:12:20
We are desperate, Stokey. Great point away at City, but everyone needs to remember our manager has taken 4 Premier League points from the last 51 available to him. That's not encouraging at all. We are in huge trouble.
10 Mar 2026 18:31:09
West Ham won't go down, survival was on the cards as soon as Nuno went there - he will keep them up.
He'll get them into Europe next season, then he'll leave under a cloud.
10 Mar 2026 18:52:18
2 Gold Stars, I think we are favourites now for the drop with Wolves and Burnley. Being robbed of Woods for so long has really cost us. How many times have we deserved something from the game, only being denied by poor finishing? I like Jesus, he grafts hard, but he isn't Woods.
10 Mar 2026 19:46:29
Spurs have gone strong tonight, a few knocks, and them still being within touching distance of Atletico would be perfect. ?
10 Mar 2026 20:02:21
Red Frog, the bookies have West Ham as favourite to go down, then Spurs, then us.
10 Mar 2026 20:15:54
I believe we have a strong chance of staying up, personally... If we can muster a few more performances like we are capable of, then there's no reason why we can't make a real fight of it.
10 Mar 2026 20:34:38
It's the team who comes outta the tunnel, diamond. It really is a pathetic trend. Who's had enough Red Bull? You've gotta work, I say again, again, again, to play the simple ball, also to catch the offside, and play the easier ball in the final 3rd for the simple ball to our forwards. Let's face it, we are f***d without Wood.
10 Mar 2026 20:46:06
Just off the cuff. ? I was telling Balloons earlier. Micheal Bridges, remember him? Just moved a few yards away from me. My oldest was talking to him outside my building (it's a block) today. Told him I wouldn't recognise him or throw him into the marina if he was on fire. ??
10 Mar 2026 20:48:49
Ok, maybe we can hope for a demoralising defeat for Spurs then. ? 7, 8, 9? ?
10 Mar 2026 20:52:07
Look North (our regional BBC news, Tyne, Tees and Cumbria) Bowie, Bridges is their weekly football guest. ?
10 Mar 2026 20:53:04
You've got wings, Winter.
10 Mar 2026 21:01:51
What like a jamrag? ?
10 Mar 2026 21:04:16
Actually, my laddie told me that bud and other stations, apparently. I never watch much TV, as usual. All Prime/Netflix, etc.
10 Mar 2026 21:14:38
Avid 6pm news watcher, dunno why, always have been. 6pm news and dinner, no routine for me and life goes to pot. ??
10 Mar 2026 21:44:24
Very true about Chris Wood, and then the conceding goals in time added - the latter frustrates the hell out of me.
09 Mar 2026 21:19:24
Happy retirement to Jack Colback, now hanging his boots up!
Thank you for your performances Jack, especially the wonder goal from out wide on the wing!
Cheers Jack

Great pro, did a fantastic job for us. Remember some on here, though, calling him passback. He proved them wrong in the end.
09 Mar 2026 21:58:45
I was right behind that shot/cross.
You could tell as soon as it left his left foot, it was destined for the top corner.
He proved to be a brilliant signing.
I wonder who was responsible for recruitment in those days. Whoever it was, get him back!
09 Mar 2026 22:04:14
Gazzi, I'm seat 0 on a row in A Block, like you said, as soon as it left his foot it was coming straight towards me, and only one place it was going. ?
09 Mar 2026 22:17:40
Ginger git. ??? Yeah, he turned it around, ish. ?
09 Mar 2026 22:27:03
Knew as soon as Dyche took on the Iranian women's team job, it was wrong. Looked wrong with his mas scarf and ginger beard.
10 Mar 2026 08:08:42
A good club man, he would play anywhere and do his best, whether it be at left back or left wing. Just got on with it, good pro!
10 Mar 2026 10:25:39
Excellent pro and always gave his all. For someone with very little pace, he did very well at left back. One of those combative nuggets in midfield, a very talented hod carrier that every team needs.
As good as McGovern in my opinion.
10 Mar 2026 14:41:24
I seem to remember a lot of people here moaning about his 50k wages.
Personally, I really liked the guy, good honest pro who gave everything and left nothing on the table. ?
10 Mar 2026 17:23:36
Great professional...
Remember that heart-in-mouth moment at Wembley?
?
10 Mar 2026 18:56:31
He was absolutely useless & typified the barron spell. A side littered with second rate rubbish.
10 Mar 2026 20:39:45
But again, balloons his coaches fed him with passback mentality.
