Absolutely abysmal. Call ourselves a Premier League team? Where? WHERE?
Dyche needs to go. Pathetic. I saw the starting 11 and thought we’re in deep doo-doo if Wrexham get a sniff. And so it’s proved.
Players have not got a clue.
As for Morato…he’s dog shite. Absolute dog shite. As soon as I saw his name on the sheet I was shaking my head.

09 Jan 2026 21:15:26
"Basil" Rathbone would score against that lot!

09 Jan 2026 21:16:14
Morata has always been an accident waiting to happen chim
No pace, no positional sense and can't pass just launches missle after missile to jesus.

09 Jan 2026 21:26:00
Right let's win it in extra time
Morato off and Murillo on for starters
Worse defender we've ever had.

09 Jan 2026 21:39:39
He really is mate. chase him out!

09 Jan 2026 20:18:54
Absolute disgrace.

There’s no defending this performance. Just lumping it forward, not getting stuck in at all. It’s embarrassing. Tried to get behind SD, but I’m afraid he hasn’t a clue. Not sure what the game plan is, or even if there is one.

Half time team talk? “You’ve got 45 minutes to prove you deserve to be at this club” That includes the manager and his staff. This is awful it really is.

09 Jan 2026 20:50:40
Dyche ball at It's worst!
Abysmal display and I hate to say this, but you get what you deserve!

10 Jan 2026 06:51:24
Dyche now has to go.

Sels I thought had a stinker - played his part of that first half team, where, if he had been stronger, maybe would have filtered throughout the team.

Not defending that first half performance, but our young untried players would have benefited coming on in the second half once we got our noses in front and were on top.

09 Jan 2026 20:14:40
Embarrassing. McAtee nowhere near his man for the first goal. Morata business as usual. Get some of this rubbish moved out of the football club. Anticipating a hat-trick from Jesus now to make up for it! I wish. I don't think some people appreciate how bad some of these players are. Edu can follow them.

09 Jan 2026 20:12:16
Come on Dyche lovers, defend this one?.

Agree4 Disagree0

09 Jan 2026 20:51:56
There's nothing to defend.
Dyche is a bag of wind and is useless.

09 Jan 2026 21:34:41
That's harsh on wind??.

09 Jan 2026 22:28:24
There aren't any dyche lovers on here tbh balloons barring stokey.

09 Jan 2026 20:09:34
Please let this be the end of dyche.

Agree2 Disagree0

09 Jan 2026 20:27:20
You say get rid of Dyche, but name anybody available who could do any better with a team that has very limited goals in them. He has had to rest players as we have some major PL games coming up, as well as needing at least 1 more win in euro competition, we all know our 2nd string is not good enough, while I not a massive fan of dyche, he has to be given a chance to try and shape the team and get rid of some deadwood, but tonight is dreadful and some of these so called PL players are letting themselves and the club down.

09 Jan 2026 21:28:47
Pepsi Guardiloa.

09 Jan 2026 22:03:21
Balloons, Skegs, Bowie, Cyclist, Keir Starmer, Donald Trump, Miley Cyrus, DTP, Elton John, Bobby Davro, Steve Davis, Hanibal Lecture and me. ?.

09 Jan 2026 22:19:21
Lol RRH but if our forwards can't even hit the score on a 1vs1 from 12 yards what hope does any manager have?

09 Jan 2026 22:41:52
I'll try growing one of those balloons
Should have a sparkling flower.

09 Jan 2026 20:06:12
100 million on Bakwa, Hutchinson and Ndoye ……. Jesus it’s criminal.

Agree2 Disagree0

09 Jan 2026 20:03:12
Why is Morato still at this football club. Give him away to Notts County - it’s shameful how bad he is….

Agree1 Disagree0

09 Jan 2026 19:55:26
If McAtee and Jesus can't do it tonight and take full control over this lot I would get rid tomorrow. Acid test for whether or not they're any good. COYR.

09 Jan 2026 20:15:31
Against championship opposition? Think they need to do it in the Premier league mate. ?.

09 Jan 2026 20:19:21
Well they're not.
Jesus should have buried that cross from Bakwa.

09 Jan 2026 20:19:53
Dreadful half. well played Wrexham against our "Dead Pool" of players.

09 Jan 2026 19:18:19
I've been reading all of your brilliant posts about potential cheating/ time wasting in football.

I've alluded to this recently Reds - but I think our great sport has been infected with an almost-accepted infection of cheating. This goes from the corruption of the top chiefs in football, to owners, managers, players and the leaches of support staff and agents. Unfortunately, the money-god has taken over our sport and, IMO, football itself is becoming a side-show which equates to the same principles of WWE wrestling. And those that suffer - the supporters.

I've supported Forest since attending the two legs of the cup tie between us and Bristol City as a kid all those years ago. That love of Forest will never die within me. However, I feel that all football club supporters are now totally exploited by a lot of greedy pigs with their noses in the trough.

Dyche has used the squad well for tonight's game
Looking forward to watching.

09 Jan 2026 19:10:42
I wouldn't play either Sels or Jesus. Apart from that, OK.
I'm hoping for a win but not expecting one unfortunately.

09 Jan 2026 19:16:29
On paper it looks extremely attacking, be interesting playing Cretaceous ball??.

09 Jan 2026 19:20:38
Yeah but thought Gunn might get a shot though.

09 Jan 2026 19:22:01
That's what a squad of players are for ??.

09 Jan 2026 19:26:52
Indeed he has. What a poor squad it is but he’s rotated well.
Wrexham will be purring at this opportunity.

09 Jan 2026 19:30:23
At least Kiefer (i love to embarrass Forest a bit) Moore isn’t playing!

09 Jan 2026 20:19:22
Embarrassing edu signings 200 million worth of shite and a Embarrassing manager edu sacked with dyche in the morning thank god.

09 Jan 2026 20:28:28
Dyche still needs to go.

09 Jan 2026 11:53:37
I've watched football for many years now, mainly at the WFCG or away games across the country and Europe. Back in the day standing on the East Stand, because the Trent End was given to away fans. Back then, there wasn't a lot of play acting, they got stuck in good and proper. The football was a joy to watch, and the ref's got respect. These days it's totally different, lack of respect for officials. Lots of play acting and playing the rules. Watch teams like Everton, Liverpool, Spurs or Fulham - the ball gets played into the box and at least one defender will throw themselves to the ground holding their heads! Game has to be stopped! Play acting, players going down feigning injury, then you see them look up to see if they have free kick, then they jump up and play on! They should bring in Football Oscars, hand one out each month for the best play actors! I blame the introduction of foreign coaches and players, they've spoilt the game we all love.

Another thing, what is this playing out from the back? The number of times goal keepers get caught out doing it, or defenders playing a poor pass!
Rant over!

Agree4 Disagree0

09 Jan 2026 13:41:02
Totally agree on your rant about players throwing themselves on the floor looking for a foul, then jumping up when play moves on, seeing as the linesman have very little to do, why can't they watch for this and flag the ref, so at least a booking is given!,

A coach being inventive I have no problem with, Sunderland moved there advertising hoardings closer to the pitch to counter act Arsenal's long throws into the box, ones a coach gaining an advantage within the rules, the other is cheating plain and simple.

09 Jan 2026 17:50:09
I loved what Sunderland did, no problem with that at all. I told my wife that Grealish would get sent off, after he was booked lol and he duly obliged lol.

09 Jan 2026 18:11:50
Most the blame lies with coaches teaching players how to cheat
The worst one for me is when defenders go down in the box feigning head injuries when under pressure and then the pressure is off.

09 Jan 2026 18:35:57
The have citing in rugby. If a serious offence occurs and the officials miss it during the game, you can be punished after the game. If we did that in football for serious fouls and diving, it would be a game changer.

For me, trying to con the ref is serious. It is straight up cheating. It attempts to get a penalty or a player sent off and decides matches. It is the ultimate insult to the laws of the game and anyone watching it. They should get a 5 game ban if cited for attempting to pervert the course of a game, trying to get a fellow professional sent off or any other simulation.

Why have all this tech and let players cheat. Everybody knows they are cheating. Punish them.

Rather than referees doing the citing, a panel of ex players appointed by the PFA (players Union) should be able to review any incident and retrospectively find a player guilty. It isn't difficult to organise.

09 Jan 2026 19:10:19
The worst one ever was Maradona hand of God, cheating doesn't get any worse and that was decades ago.

09 Jan 2026 19:42:07
DTP, I've always maintained on here that Shilts got off very lightly you ask me?
Brilliant for us. however.
6ft arms stretched and jumped?
And Maradona still manages to palm it in with his arm partially bent mate?

10 Jan 2026 11:14:35
Good post Cyclist I’ve been saying that for years. Firmer reffing, straight reds for diving in the penalty area, immediate yellow for dissent etc. These Premier League players and managers would soon get the message.

09 Jan 2026 08:55:59
In response to the posts below regarding time wasting and feigning injury.
It's so easy to put a stop to it. Play time out like they do in ice hockey.
30 minutes each way, clock stops when play does.
The ball is in play less than 30 minutes for the majority of matches so you'd actually get more time played.

Also introduce a ' delaying the game' yellow card. If the referee thinks it's deliberate then show the card.
Absolutely no point trying to waste time.
Worth a try? Thoughts?

Agree3 Disagree0

09 Jan 2026 09:10:08
If referees clamped down on it and started giving them yellows which they are supposed to do for simulation it would be fine, players should be given the option to appeal their booking post match in person with the ref in case of actual injury. ?.

09 Jan 2026 10:24:32
2 Stars?
Would you have preferred it if we'd signed Bela Lugosi?
I would have, at least he would go for the "Jugular "!
???.

09 Jan 2026 14:08:21
Excellent Rogie. He might even find a rich “vein” of form mate. If he does, many “Fangs” to him from those with a “stake” in the club…. ??.

09 Jan 2026 17:28:47
Brilliant!
Ah! Ah! Ah!
