Not skegs its not real, DTP said so😋🌳.

06 Jan 2026 05:07:49
I am not surprised Skeg. The guy has wasted tens of millions and put us back years with FFP never mind the fallout with Nuno.

06 Jan 2026 08:47:32
Skegs yes that's what I read like I said yesterday
He's coming under pressure and there might be doubts over his long term future
Doesn't say he'll be sacked in the morning does it?

05 Jan 2026 23:34:37
OK Forest fans, this is the true facts of life. When the doctor told me I had lung cancer, my wife bless her (Wolves fan) broke down in tears! I said (as a Red Dog) OK, so what do we do to sort it? Chemo and half a lung removed, I'm still a Red Dog and breathing!
West Ham have signed 2 strikers, fkin whoopee, they still have a shot defence and shot midfield!
So Forest, do what the lord BC preached, play football on the grass and shove Gary Neville into the mud! I mean beat the Hammers 😆 🤣 😂.

Agree6 Disagree0

06 Jan 2026 00:47:22
Every Nottingham Forest supporter going to West Ham today, in conditions what would make Scott of the Antarctic shiver, really need a barn storming performance from the coach's and players to warm there hearts!. no cautious football, go for the jugular and come away with a 5/ 6 goal win🙏🤞.
Keep fighting Redtreekeff, it's all a Red Dog knows what to do👍💪.

06 Jan 2026 10:55:37
Good luck and best wishes Red Tree! I lost my sister aged 56 to breast cancer it’s a bar steward of an disease mate.

06 Jan 2026 10:58:09
With you there Red dog, just make sure the puddles deep and cold🌳.

06 Jan 2026 12:29:18
Thanks for the kind words fellow Red Dogs! I now have the all clear, to rang the bell at City Hospital - bit to hard though and broke the bell 😆 🤣 😂.

05 Jan 2026 18:58:58
Ok reds tell me the players and system you'd rather play? From the one dyche is playing.

Agree3 Disagree0

05 Jan 2026 19:21:45
One where we press in their half instead of sitting back and asking for trouble?

05 Jan 2026 19:27:13
I'd go for the 'usual' 4 at the back and then an old-fashioned diamond shape in midfield (as Billy used) with 2 up front.

Kind of irrelevant though as I'm not sure we even have 2 fit and decent strikers available.

05 Jan 2026 19:27:46
Sels.
Aina, Serbinater, Murillo, Williams.
Anderson.
Domínguez, MGW.
Ndoye, Cho.
Jesus.

4-1-2-2-1

Not sitting back and waiting to get beaten. Press high, fast and hard, Anderson sits deeper in the hole as he does for England, Domínguez as the box to box and MGW as a creative eight, similar to the way Rogers plays for England. Picked Ndoye because his work rate is better than Hutchinsons and if CHO didn't chase back I'd swap him for Taiwo. First and foremost is effort and energy, if they don't do it for the manager they don't represent our club. Simple as that. 🌳.

05 Jan 2026 19:45:05
Plus play out from the back and keep the ball on the grass where it's meant to be played.

05 Jan 2026 19:47:18
Oh and once their all out of puff, put on every defensively minded player we have on and defend our four goal lead with some handbrake firmly pulled up as far as possible bus conductor tactics. This is only because our scatter gun approach to transfers leaves us desperately short in forward positions. 🌳.

05 Jan 2026 20:21:41
You missed out the empty stadium abd forest fans singing to nuno
Your getting sacked in the morning 😁😂😂😂.

05 Jan 2026 20:25:13
My Formation. 2-6-8-3-1.
The opposition won't know what hit them!
😏😏😏.

05 Jan 2026 20:46:17
Edus getting sacked in the morning 🤣🤣🤣 good old maranakis he must of been reading my posts 🤣🤣.

05 Jan 2026 21:11:34
Read it skeggs all it says is he's coming under pressure with doubts over his long term future after forest have list 4 on the bounce
So?

05 Jan 2026 21:15:31
What difference will that make to forests results skeggs?

05 Jan 2026 22:26:42
I actually think pressing is always part of dyches game plan dtp? Trouble is, most can't string 2 x passes. The other couldn't put a cross, or set piece if they tried. As for finishing it's a joke. you agree on players after that statement or dyche football. This again I ask of you all?

05 Jan 2026 22:37:16
🤣🤣 you keep going on about nuno getting sacked tomorrow for some reason. So you can prove a point. what point lol he's already done his job at forest got us into Europe a place where we thought or u thought I'd probably never see us again. so let me ask you what difference will it make to forest results if nuno gets sacked tmoz.

it might make you happy in your own little weird way but I want him to stay there he's doing nothing with them which is helping us or am I missing something. A new manager might give them a lift. 🤣 and I thought you was a forest fan obviously just when it suits you being right or wrong.

05 Jan 2026 22:43:52
We need to get 3 points tomorrow night. A point doesn't do much for us we need to get that gap we had back.

06 Jan 2026 00:02:09
Murillo
Murillo Murrillo Murillo Murillo
Murillo Yates Anderson Murillo
Murillo Sherringham.

06 Jan 2026 00:12:40
Yep Silk if we don't win tomorrow its sack DTP (please please Eds🤣), Edu and the Cretaceous period style Dyche insists on playing. 🌳.

06 Jan 2026 03:27:13
I'd try Barnstoneworth Utd tactics, recall Shilton, Pearcey, Bohemian, Stone, McKenzie, Collymore, Method etc all could give a lesson in winning games, even today🥺 all football artists 🎨🖌️.
Back to 🛌.

06 Jan 2026 08:44:15
Haven't you got to get the tables and chairs ready for the rest of the children on live chat redrobin now that skeggs has promoted you to head prefect? 😁😂😂😂.

06 Jan 2026 10:49:21
Ah the obsession with live chat rears it's head once again. Is it because we have a laugh? Or mainly down to you not being involved until you come on to abuse us all? And FYI i turned down the head prefect position because i'm not a grass unlike some. 😋🌳.

06 Jan 2026 11:01:37
DTP “ play out from the back”? Noooooooooo!
A disastrous plan. Have a look at the League table again. We are just keeping afloat. When SD arrived we were below the waves. But at least with your plan the deckchairs on the Titanic will look nice ………🙄🙄.

06 Jan 2026 11:09:19
There's no getting to you 😁😂😂😂.

06 Jan 2026 11:59:01
So what's your plan then stokey?
Boot it long to jesus?
That's worked really well hasn't it?
We now have our best two fullbacks playing so need to play out and use them not bypass them.

06 Jan 2026 13:24:23
I’d do what SD is doing DTP. Mix it up, pragmatic, organised, hard to beat ( that’s the plan anyway). As I’ve said before, mate, you start with a false premise because we are not a long ball team generally. Hence my question (which you side stepped superbly by the way) about how many goals we’d scored from a long lump upfield.
Just cast your mind back to Tony Pulis’s Stoke City and the Crazy Gang at Wimbledon. We are nothing like that. Perhaps our definitions of “lump it up”are different, I’m just don’t recognise your description.

Or Larry B’s either.
We can experiment with styles when we are safely mid table or in pre season, but we’ll need more skilful ( and expensive) players. Only Murillo, Luiz and Anderson have that particular skill set ( even then Anderson gave a goal away at Newcastle passing out from the back). He does it well for England because he has world class players around him who do it week in and week out like Rice at Arsenal for example.

06 Jan 2026 17:15:58
I answered your question stokey not sidestepped it
All we've done for last few games is hump the ball to jesus in the air on the halfway line, if that's not hoof ball I don't know what is
All we did by doing that was to create more pressure
Maybe you watched a different game to nearly everyone else?

05 Jan 2026 16:48:22
lets hope we put out a side that will attack from the start and not one that parks the bus and only changes when we go a goal down, forget the politics, does anyone want to watch us play a game where we end up with zero shots on target and at best 25% of the ball? if we win tomorrow it will be a great booster.

05 Jan 2026 15:45:30
At last edu for the sack about bloody time. but better late than never destroying this club. started with him getting rid of nuno and then bringing shite in. uredddsssss uredddsssss uredddsssss.

05 Jan 2026 16:48:45
Dyche to be sacked to come on xmas come again.

05 Jan 2026 16:55:15
Dyche going too just been rumoured. I knew they would get sacked when dtp said they were safe. The master of predictions. 🤣🤣
Who we getting next, Peter Reid, Steve Bruce or Alan Curbishly 🤣🤣.

05 Jan 2026 17:35:50
Strachan, Benitez, Allardyce. Holy Trinity of the Unsackable.

05 Jan 2026 17:50:58
"Waldorf and Statler" on form tonight!
🤣🤣🤣🤣.

05 Jan 2026 17:51:21
I’m glad the plight of our great club causes you such great amusement and entertainment Larry Balloons ………. 👍👍.

05 Jan 2026 18:21:05
Well according to reports nuno has to win tomorrow or he will be sacked.

05 Jan 2026 18:27:41
It's just facts Stokie why and pretend alls well when it's a shambles. You happy clap and I'll observe the facts and have a opion till it's sorted. I can see you now.
I'm sorry sarg I didn't mean to hit him.
That's fine son.
Just remember what Shakespeare said, "All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players. "

05 Jan 2026 18:42:26
I disagree with that assessment. Larry seems to be enjoying the fact that Edu has been revealed and is now likely to be removed from his position.
COYR!

05 Jan 2026 18:47:12
No substance to it though skeggs and balloons.

05 Jan 2026 19:30:19
Actually DTP check rumours, i broke the news earlier. Reports coming from within all of Mr Ms teams. 🌳.

05 Jan 2026 19:31:11
And all this on the day we get planning permission for the Peter taylor stand and submit plans for the 50k stadium?
😁😂
Edu thing is lazy journos putting two and two together and making six
Syrianos got promoted within the club a while back and a few on here don't like him, don't think many understand edus role tbh.

05 Jan 2026 19:37:37
We will see dtp 😁 and when edu gets the sack. that will be you disappearing again for a bit because you will be proved wrong again. bloody xmas all over again. edu out dyche out and dtp out all in a week 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

05 Jan 2026 19:49:55
Stokey dyche might get his man
Lorrenzo luccu 6foot seven inch, the Italian Peter crouch 😂😂.

05 Jan 2026 20:11:15
Winter I've read it
No substance.

05 Jan 2026 20:13:58
Edu will be relinquishing his duties very soon.

05 Jan 2026 20:29:18
It comes from the same source that tells us we after this player and that player?
Very rare they are right, percy and Romano. are the only ones I listen to as they usually get it right.

05 Jan 2026 20:40:10
Read percy just now
All he's saying is edu might be undr scrutiny
Not one of his best articles tbh.

05 Jan 2026 20:43:35
Percy put it on dtp read it and weep. so if there the only ones you listen to there's a substance 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😅😅 you only read what you want to. edus going cause he's shite and made a massive mistake with nuno and recruitment.

05 Jan 2026 21:29:08
But remember Skegs, DTP knows better than all the journalists, all of us on here, the bookies and Mr M (at least his addled panda popped personality if he has one thinks so) 🐼🌳.

05 Jan 2026 22:16:49
Love your insults winter keep em up cus that's all you've got in your locker 😂😂😂.

06 Jan 2026 00:10:06
Actually DTP its your blame shifting and deflection tactics. Love how you put people down and dismiss others opinions and when you get called out its the same come back each and every time. Mr emoji 💤🌳.

06 Jan 2026 13:27:17
Larry B, according to Viz magazine, when you say “fact” or “end of” on social media it means you won the argument by law……😂😂😂😂😂😂.

05 Jan 2026 13:45:57
West Ham have just completed the signing of a 2nd striker in a matter of days, not looking good for us at all, we get rid of one and no sign of anyone coming in, worrying times.

Agree0 Disagree0

05 Jan 2026 14:21:21
Yes they have 25 million for a striker who gil Vicente paid 250k for in the summer and an Argentine who's best scoring was in the MLS
Let's see how they adapt to premier league? as we've seen with Kaliamundo and bakwa doesn't always work
Just saying.

05 Jan 2026 14:44:27
Given the circumstances, it is not surprising that West Ham is seeking a solution. Additionally, it is reported that Edu is in Marinakis' sight. A plaque awaits his head, and a horse's head is being sought.

05 Jan 2026 15:43:03
If their recruitment department is anything like ours Daz, there's nothing to worry about mate.

05 Jan 2026 16:34:12
Yes I expect Nuno to sort things out for Wet Sham and move them up the table. Sadly I have t got the same confidence in Sean Dyche, let’s see how tomorrow pans out. I’m not going down there - if the players can’t put in a shift then neither can I
Hurts to say that. Perhaps Munmad will travel, I for one am not.

05 Jan 2026 18:04:08
You never have any confidence tbh red frog
Suprised lego hasn't said something🤔
Nuno hasn't took west ham anywhere and their fans hate him and his football
Just saying.

05 Jan 2026 19:45:09
I'm a natural optimist in life but I guess that I understand that there are those out there, Forest supporters or not, who prefer the 'glass half empty than half full' mentality in their lives. Fair enough to you, but it's not for me.

05 Jan 2026 20:45:47
Lego I am always optimistic
All I've said is we can't set up. like we dud against villa or it won't end well
That's not defeatist or glass half full, it's just how I see it and many others.

05 Jan 2026 11:14:30
If we can't beat West Ham then we deserve to be in the relegation places.

Agree1 Disagree0

05 Jan 2026 11:52:30
bsered there could be an unenviable record set tomorrow night if the result is a draw which is no good to either team. The record would be if as a result of this both managers were sacked ( a present Forest manager and an ex Forest manager, It would be a first anywhere in the world)

05 Jan 2026 12:10:31
Here's hoping humorist.

05 Jan 2026 16:23:55
Battle of the oh so astute tacticians! They both fancy themselves as having that bit extra in reserve and will not be looking forward to the match up. Straight cerebral tussle between the two? Know who my money's on! Shhh. Tell you afterwards.

05 Jan 2026 10:07:18
And another one bites the dust!

05 Jan 2026 11:13:52
Another coach who wanted to "Manage" the club. Big money and opinionated owners rule ko.

05 Jan 2026 11:14:37
The manager merry go round creaks into motion again Chelsea and Utd top six not good enough what a joke. Nuno, Ange for us gone who'd be a manager.

05 Jan 2026 11:28:43
One or two on here, they know best🤭🤭.

05 Jan 2026 12:05:39
I'm Sparticus sorry I'm a Manager 🤡.

05 Jan 2026 12:11:58
I would. I would only need a month's wages and to be stable for life.

05 Jan 2026 12:53:37
He was a appointed as a coach, just like nuno and maresca, they were all happy to sign three year contracts knowing that was their job.

The blame lies with those three fo publicly putting their clubs in turmoil and then getting a golden handshake.

Good riddance to all three and any club should be very wary if employing them again. I remember little scot who had too much to say and hasn't worked since.

05 Jan 2026 09:20:53
Morning Mr SD, Forest supporter here. A quick message about the game on Tuesday, bit special, very important to all Reds fans. Many will be in the stand singing their hearts out in freezing cold, trying to lift the team spirit. Many more will be at home watching on TV, or listening to the radio.

We know we have some great players, we just want to see them give 100% as a team. So when the right team players walk out, with the right game plan, please ask the players to look at the supporters and kiss the badge on their shirts in acknowledgement of that incredible support.
Thank you SD.

Great read Ed001! Plus spot on with regard to fans being the life blood of football. Coaches today have lost the plot, with the side to side, side to back football. I watched Man City v Chelski yesterday, omg, what is with the playing out from the back.

Goalkeeper suicide, defenders who can't pass a football, and no intent on going forwards.
If fans stop going to watch games, if fans stop paying Sky, there will be no football to watch. Stop the negative tactics, play football and entertain the fans please!

{Ed001's Note - thank you Tedtree, and I agree fully, the fans are being shafted.}

05 Jan 2026 12:16:53
I had to turn Man City off after 15 mins Redtree. Sideways backwards. Unwatchable.
Oh for the Newcastle Keegan side v Liverpool games. Just a beautiful watch every game.

05 Jan 2026 14:48:11
To be fair if sides as small as Bournemouth can play exciting forward thinking football why can't the rest? Even Leeds are looking decent on the eye. That goal for DCL that won goal of the month was a class team effort. Only one of the so called top teams play exciting football imo and that's Arsenal and that's mainly due to the world class wide players they have.

As for City, tippy tappy sh@te, imagine that group of players playing front foot high press and intensity a la Klopps style. Would be unbeatable. 🌳.

05 Jan 2026 16:29:02
Good post Ed and an interesting read. I hadn’t really heard much about Slot unlike Klopp began to recommend him as his successor, so I guess praise doesn’t get any better than that. Do Slots previous teams play the same way? If his tactics might be a loss of nerve?

{Ed001's Note - his tactics were different, he used in essence 4 centre-backs at the back, the wide ones would invert. He looked to get down the sides and cut the ball back.}

05 Jan 2026 17:53:13
Ed, I wonder why Slot has changed what’s worked for him in the past?

{Ed001's Note - I don't know and I don't understand it. But he has also moved away from using youth players, now he barely uses them. Seems like the pressure has got to him.}

The football Gods have certainly thrower up a dramatic encounter on Tuesday!, even supporters who have no skin in the game find it intriguing,. The old coach, who still has respect amongst the players, trying to set his new team up to out fox en, the new coach knowing a win could make him the new sheriff in town, it's like a good old Spaghetti Western with Lee Van Cleef and Eli Wallace squaring up, you can almost hear Ennico.
